- Are you a development professional in the nonprofit sector who demonstrates the qualities and attributes that others would identify in an emerging leader?
- Do you have the potential to be a strong role model and opinion shaper within the community and with other nonprofit leaders?
- Do you have a minimum of three years' experience in fundraising and a proven track record of forging successful one-on-one relationships with donors and volunteers that have resulted in increased donations for your institution?
- Do you wish to move into a major gift role, manage a development department, broaden your skillset, and become a leader in the field of fund development and/or the nonprofit sector?
- Do you expect to serve at least 10 years as a leader in your current organization, another nonprofit organization, and/or in a position that would have considerable influence on the sector?
- Do you have an interest in developing a deeper understanding of self and purpose as a leader and a propensity to be an inquisitive learner?
- Are you committed to making significant contributions in advancing nonprofit practices and policies and in exploring new solutions to the complex challenges facing nonprofit organizations?
- Are you working in an established, Colorado-based, nonprofit organization that would fully support your participation in ILD and that would provide opportunities for application of the knowledge and insight gained through the program?
- Have you confirmed that the timing of the ILD program works well for you and your organization and that there are no anticipated conflicts?
- Do you have a willingness and desire to share with, learn from, and stimulate meaningful conversation with community leaders, including ILD classmates and peers in the nonprofit sector?
- Are you interested in joining an alumni community with opportunities to help future classes, volunteer with ILD, and participate in alumni activities?
