Regular surveys are conducted among participants, who indicate a very high level of satisfaction with the individual classes and with the complete program experience. 

ILD is dedicated to creating a customized program that balances the unique needs of cohort members with industry best practice, practical skills, as well as the wisdom of local experts who share inspirational and aspirational stories of transformational giving and culture in philanthropy. Individual interviews are conducted periodically to gain more in-depth insight into cohort profiles.
